The Move

Well, 14 hours of driving all over California and I've finally landed in Reno, NV. Yes, you heard right...Newport Beach, CA to Reno, NV. Ahh the things we do for love! I've learned so much these last few days, used 4wd for the first time, saw an ATV vehicle driving on the freeway, and found out they have a nail shop inside of Wal-Mart. Don't worry though, I won't be going to that one.
Today is my first day at my new Wells Fargo and it's inside a grocery store. I can only imagine the people I will encounter while working there.
My amazing parents bought me a "new" used 4wd Jeep to use in the snow here and boy it is surely a gem. The radio/tape player doesn't work so I have been using my portable iPod speakers courtesy of Wells Fargo.  The heater decides to turn off when you are going up a hill so that should be fun when it's -10 outside. But in light of all this, I'm going to make the best of it. Check back here for updates on my new life here in the snow, the biggest little city in the world.
